NEW EXPUNGEMENT LAW

Due to the complexity of this new law and the severe consequences for any mistakes made by the petitioner in the process, it is highly recommended that an attorney is consulted before proceeding with an expungement petition.  The most recent version of this law may be found under Ind. Code 35-38-9.
